FAQ
Common questions
- Do I have to stop my ads?
- No, keep them running. The difference is that ads stop the day you stop paying, while your Google profile and listings keep working when you pause them.
- I already have an agency.
- That’s fine. A lot of ad agencies don’t work on Maps or ChatGPT, and that’s the part I do. Ask them how you show up in ChatGPT. If they can show you, you probably don’t need me.
- Do you guarantee rankings?
- No. Nobody controls Google or ChatGPT, so be careful with anyone who promises that. What you get is a before scorecard, the fixes, and a second scorecard at day 30 so you can see what changed.
- What do you need from me?
- Manager access to your Google profile, about 20 photos of your work (on Full, I can come take them), and answers to 10 quick questions.
- Is the scorecard really free?
- Yes. You keep it whether you hire me or not.
